Are you concerned ?
As soon as a company established outside France temporarily sends its employees there, obligations apply.
Construction, public works: you send your teams to a French site for a few weeks or months.
Installation, assembly or maintenance of equipment at a client established in France.
A consultant or a team on a long assignment at a French end client.
You are posting an employee from a foreign subsidiary to a site or subsidiary in France.
Your obligations
A set of obligations to comply with before and during each posting.
A prior posting declaration must be submitted via the SIPSI online service before the start of the service.
You must appoint a representative present in France throughout the duration of the service (liaison with the labour inspectorate, retention of documents).
The A1 form certifies that your employees remain affiliated with the social security scheme of their country of origin.
Payslips, contracts and supporting documents must be kept available, translated into French.
Compliance with the "core" rules: minimum wage (SMIC or applicable collective minimum), working time, leave, health and safety.
Construction sector
On construction sites, every building and public works employee must hold the BTP professional identification card — including your posted workers. Without it, the site is exposed to an inspection and a fine.
We take care of it: as your representative, we apply for and manage the BTP card for each of your posted workers.
